In this appeal of a lawyer disciplinary proceeding, appellant L. Mark Steinberg contends collateral estoppel barred the claims of appellee Commission for Lawyer Discipline, and the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the jurys findings on two issues. We hold collateral estoppel does not bar the Commissions claims, and there was legally and factually sufficient evidence to support the jurys findings. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
