E.H. "Harvey" Steinhagen, III, and PetroTex Fuels, Inc., appeal an adverse judgment awarding Bob A. Ehl actual and exemplary damages for conversion of fuel dispensing equipment. The appellants raise four issues. In answer to their second issue, we find that the discovery rule did not defer accrual of Ehls cause of action for conversion. Accordingly, we reverse the trial courts judgment and render judgment that Ehl take nothing.
